An interactive workshop that offers strategies on how to enhance instructional coaching and evaluation skills. This session will be hosted by Dr. Kimberly Strike, author of "Transforming Professional Practice: A Framework for Effective Leadership." Dr. Strike has worked extensively with instructional coaching guru, Charlotte Danielson, and will provide each participant with a copy of the text. A Reflective Essay Required.
